So...what is NLP?

**Neuro: The nervous system (the mind), through which our experience is processed via five senses: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory.

**Linguistic: Language and other nonverbal communication systems that are coded, ordered and give meaning. Includes: Picture, Sounds, Feelings, Tastes, Smells, Words (Self Talk).

**Programming: The ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific desired outcomes.

In other words, NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

You most likely know what to do to lose weight, get healthier eating habits, deal with lack of sleep, connect with your deeper self, etc  but you don't follow through or stop in the process… It's not because of lack of motivation, lack of information or accountability, sometimes there is a belief pattern that needs to be changed.  All negative beliefs come from a negative thought formed sometime in your life.  Knowing all this information, can you think about negative emotions or beliefs that are in your way?
