I have been exploring my passion for wellness and fitness for over 20 years. As my knowledge grew, I began to recognize the importance of balancing movement with healthy lifestyle choices and this led me to become a Certified Healthy Eating and Wellness Coach.  As a coach, I wanted to help my clients break the unhealthy eating patterns and gain control over their lifestyle choices.   When healthy everyday living is combined with mindful movement, real transformation takes place.

In 90 days, we will work together to discover and set what works for you as a unique individual with an unique lifestyle, needs, and preferences.  MOTIVATION is key to stick to a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE and I will be on your side guiding and helping you to become aware of your thoughts and behavior around food, cravings and the simple daily choices that you might not be happy about.

You are the one that has to make the decision to start, and together we will find the behavior that will change your habits, and make you more resilient against harmful lifestyle choices.

I will listen to what you want to accomplish and what is important to you. I will listen to not only your body and how you talk about food, but also how you talk about your life and how you set your days. We will find the CONFIDENCE and ACCOUNTABILITY you are looking for!

Together, we will create a habit-based wellness program and not a diet-based wellness program.  The best program to follow is the one that is best for you without getting attached to a single nutrition philosophy. NO NEED TO COUNT CALORIES OR GO ON THE SCALE EVERY DAY.  You need nourishment and not to get stressed about the latest fad.

MINDSET

  • Recognize eating behaviors and all the factors involved in weight loss. Learn how your thoughts, feelings and hormones can be part of overeating or giving up on your health journey
