Effective Fat Loss

You might be dealing with a plateau on your fat loss journey. That is not uncommon and there are some strategies you can follow to make the changes you are looking for.  

The following tips can be put into practice regularly and if you keep the consistency, fat loss can occur:

1- Mobilize Triglycerides from adipose tissue:  The idea is to transform triglycerides into energy and you can do that by focusing on primal movements when working out.  These are Squats, Lunges, Pull-ups, and Dead-lifts.  These movements work large muscles and they will increase the hormonal response of the body itself.  You don’t need to spend hours working out, you need short rest time to keep those muscles working.

2- Improve blood flow to increase transport of Fatty Acids (triglycerides): You can do this by doing skin dry brushing to increase the blood flow (2 x weeks), having massages, going to infra-red saunas and of course a proper diet.

3- Stay away from hidden sugars, sauces and additives when purchasing processed: foods. Many hidden ingredients can affect fat loss and you might not be aware of those. Read the labels

4- Overcome nutritional plateau: Even if you are eating a “clean” diet, if you don’t expose your digestive system to different proteins, different micronutrients and even some bacteria, your microbiome will fall into a “food monotony” and fat loss will be hard to achieve. The body needs a variety of nutrients to support the liver, hormone growth, food absorption, etc.

5- Consume Magnesium: Magnesium will suppress high cortisol and cravings as well as promote insulin sensitivity.

These options are not hard and very effective. Put them in practice together with a proper diet and stress management and you will see results.  

To lose body fat sustainably, it’s best to avoid crash diets and unsafe supplements.
